Join Jennifer, MA, 200 RYT, for a workshop on trauma-sensitive yoga. In this 2.5 hour workshop, we will discover what trauma is, the effects it has on your mind and body, and how trauma plays a role in our daily lives.
We will look at how yoga and mindfulness can aid in processing our trauma and how a trauma-sensitive yoga class can help facilitate the healing process.
The time will include breath work, asana, meditation, and journaling.

Please have on hand a mat, journal, and something to write with.
